How do I book an appointment using Receptioner.ai?

Simply call your business number powered by Receptioner.ai and speak with our AI assistant. It will guide you through the booking process by asking for your name, preferred date, time, and service.

Can I reschedule an appointment with the AI?

Yes! Just call the same number and let the AI assistant know you'd like to reschedule. It will help you find a new available time slot.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Absolutely. Just call the AI receptionist and say you'd like to cancel your appointment. You'll receive confirmation right after the cancellation is completed.

How will I receive confirmation of my appointment?

You'll receive an automatic SMS or email confirmation once your booking is complete. A reminder will also be sent closer to your appointment time.

What if I miss the AI's scheduled call?

If you miss your scheduled call, don't worry. You can call back at your convenience and the AI will help you rebook your appointment.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes! You can book an appointment on behalf of someone else. Just provide their name and contact details when prompted by the AI assistant.

What time slots are available?

Available time slots are based on your business's real-time calendar availability. The AI will suggest the closest open slots based on your request.

Do you support urgent or same-day bookings?

Yes. If urgent slots are available in your calendar, the AI assistant will offer them. For true emergencies, we recommend calling the business directly if urgent care is needed.
